Meet Kelly Hill-Ross

Kelly is an entrepreneur with a long-standing history of being in the entertainment arena locally. As a past actress, Kelly has trained under the guidance of legendary casting director and producer Mike Fenton, who was the co-founder of The Casting Society of America. Early in her career, she trained under New York coach Walt Witcover, a theatre magnet who taught her the Stanislavski methodology acting techniques. Locally Kelly founded Black Single Parents, Inc., an organization dedicated to educating single parents. She wrote a weekly column for the Baltimore Afro-American Newspaper and starred in Baltimore’s first Black Soap Opera, “The Raven” under the direction of Daryl and Renee Pugh on WJZ-TV Channel 13. Her community involvement included being the producer and host of the show The Mahogany Report for Catonsville Community College, and also produced and hosted a weekly radio show “Just Like A Woman” at Towson State University, where she interviewed Oprah Winfred while Oprah lived and worked in Baltimore.

Kelly started her company Ross Isabelle Production in the early 1990’s teaching aspiring actors about the business of acting, where she connected them with the Herman & Lipson Casting Agency in New York after they finished training with Ross Isabelle Production.

Ross Isabelle Production merged with RPTalentmedia, LLC in 2021 where the company produces The Kelly Hill Ross Show, a social media television talk show. The show’s mission is to bring to the social media viewing audience an array of documentary-type programming featuring businesses and human interest stories related to the African American community.
